Let customers self-service edit their orders. Allow customers to edit their own orders instead of having to contact customer support. Sync the customer's edits into Klaviyo to send updates invoices, order updates, and new order invoices to customers using Klaviyo Flows.
Track order editing metrics. Receive events for every single customer self-service edit and make informed decisions about the key features to promote to customers over email before their order ships.
Attach invoices to your outbound order confirmations. Allow customers to download a PDF receipt of their purchase with customizations like your tax identifier, return address details, and any other information directly from their email.
